This is an ideal property for couple stays, affording both couples privacy with the added bonus of bunks for overflow and also quite suitable for family holidaying. This is a comfortable home with good flow, privacy and the convenience. Close to Coromandel Township you have good access to cafes, restaurants and tourist attractions plus good proximity to a number of walking tracks and scenic drives. Whitianga is only 45 minutes away by vehicle so ideal base to tour the Peninsula by day and also take in some of our glorious beaches and scenery.

Location: Only a 2 minute stroll to Long Bay which is a great beach for swimming, kayaking, boating, hiking and relaxing. Long Bay has a concrete boat ramp for launching 2 hours either side of high tide & a shop with the basics & bait. Only a 3 minute drive to the local supermarket, bars and restaurants.
